Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 TBSP Splenda (or other artificial sweetener)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water (or milk for a better taste, if you're not concerned about the additional calories)

Directions:

  • Put cocoa, artificial sweetener and vanilla into a mug.

  • Pour in boiling water (or milk; or even 1/2 milk, 1/2 water).

  • Stir. Enjoy guilt-free!
