Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups fresh
button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon
seasoned salt

Directions:

In a skillet,
over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add mushrooms,
and sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Cook, stirring
occasionally, until mushrooms soften and become darker in color, about 10
minutes.
Remark: You
can add a tablespoon of chopped garlic in the melted butter and a splash of
white wine or some parsley for additional flavor. Also, be sure to add the
salt at the end, otherwise it draws out the mushrooms' moisture too quickly
and the texture isn't as pleasant.
