Ingredients:
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced
  • 2 carrot, sliced
  • 1 celery rib, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen green bean
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Directions:

  • Brown & drain ground turkey.

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  • Cover. Cook on low 4-8 hours (the longer, the better).
